The staff was excellent. One of the registration gentleman explained so much to me about the shuttles, hikes, restaurants etc. he was great. The grounds were very well kept up and beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the red rocks. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff was efficient, friendly and quick!! Great stay

Most unfriendly Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at. No smiles, no welcomes, no thank you for staying, and a general lack of joy. Nothing special, not even a bottle of water.

The hotel location was perfect. The rooms were clean and smelled great. It was such a nice place. The only issue was the water pressure was so low that we thought the water was shutting off. The front desk male rep was not so friendly. But overall it was great.
